So there was this adorable little girl. She was born 18 years ago and had a Winnie the Pooh in her nursery. She used to watch the Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh over and over again. Her Mom picked her up some Winnie the Pooh prints at the the Victoria and Albert museum in London. ?She din’;t think the Heffalumps and Woozles were too scary.

What happened to that girl? Well she’;s not a little girl any more, she’;s now a college student. ?Just like Christopher Robin left his friends in the Hundred Acre Wood to go to school, that little girl left her family to learn about things like twice times and where a place called Brazil is.

Recently I was sent a copy of the Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh?DVD. My challengeaccent pillow case baby burlap nursery, watch the movie and be inspired to create a craft. ?It wasn’;t hard. I adore that movie. ?I adore the hand drawn animation, I adore the dialog, and the story and the characters. It’;s one of those kids moves that I could watch over and over again and not get tired of it. I love the fact that Disney kept so much of A.A. Milne’;s original text.

I decided to create some embroidery hoop art using one of my favorite quotes from the movie, which seems especially applicable with my daughter headed off to college.

Here’;s how to make it; you’;ll need:

?To begin, press your Wonder Under onto the back of your piece of fabric. This will allow your fabric to run through your printer.

Print out your saying- just run the fabric through the printer on normal settings. ?Just a note: this will work for Art but it will not be water safe or washable.

Using your embroidery hoop as a guide, trace a circle?using the outside of the outer hoop. ?Trim down your quote and iron onto a piece of fusible fleece.

?Test for fit. Remove from hoop.

Cut out 8 hexagons from your wool scraps. Place on the fabric in a pattern that you like.

Using a simple backstitch, stitch around the edges of each of the hexagons with embroidery floss.

Insert back into your embroidery hoop and trim off the excess fabric.

Quite a few moms need to use an electric breast pump to produce and store milk for their babies. For these moms, breastfeeding may not be practical, and using powdered milk won't provide enough nutrition for their babies.
